Microsoft execs say Windows 10 Mobile 'is significantly feature complete', hints at Surface Phone

With Windows 10 now beginning its global rollout, what about Windows 10 Mobile? The man in charge of that work, Microsoft's Joe Belfiore, stated in an interview that about of the big piece of work for the OS is already done, but that doesn't hateful the team is beingness lazy.
